What happens to information you send Custom Perfections through this website, in plain English.

What this site collects

The pages themselves collect nothing. There are no advertising trackers, no analytics scripts and no third-party cookies, and the fonts are served from this site rather than a font network — so loading a page does not tell anyone else that you visited.

If you fill in the enquiry form, we receive exactly what you type into it: your name, your email address and your message. That is what we need in order to reply.

What it is used for

Answering you. Your details are not sold, rented or shared for marketing, and you will not be added to a mailing list because you asked a question.

Artwork you send us

Artwork, logos and photographs you send for printing stay yours. We use them to produce your order, and we keep a copy so a reorder matches the first one. We do not publish your artwork, use it as an example of our work, or print it for anyone else without asking you first.

How long it is kept

Enquiries are kept while we deal with them and for a reasonable period afterwards, so we can pick up a conversation you started months ago. Order records and artwork are kept so repeat orders can be matched. Ask us to delete any of it and we will.

Who else can see it

This site runs on hosting infrastructure, which processes requests in order to serve pages, and email reaches us through an email provider. Those services handle the data in passing as part of delivering it. Nobody else does.

Your choices

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. You do not have to justify the request.

Children

This site is not aimed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from them. We print plenty of things for children — the person placing the order is an adult.

Changes

If this policy changes, the revised version appears on this page. Changes are not applied retrospectively to information already sent under an earlier version.
